I think there is something of a community spirit where a whole family and many people are involved in bringing the harvest. Today, we have one guy sitting in a combine harvester and guys pulling alongside with an open lorry/truck collecting the grain and then they drive away. There is no meeting of souls together, no communication, just people doing their job.
